Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Although we love to push our fashion boundaries (more is more!), here at Kenzie Collective we definitely like to play by the rules when it comes to returns and exchanges.

In accordance with the ACCC’s consumer guarantees on products, we’ll offer a refund or replacement for any product you receive that’s found to be faulty. If this is the case (and we’re SO sorry if it is), please so we can start (1) rectifying the situation and (2) returning that glorious smile to your face. 

Also, in accordance with the ACCC’s guidelines, we don’t offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind after purchase, or make an incorrect purchase. We’ve done our darndest to make sure our product descriptions are highly detailed and we’re always here if you have any questions before you place an order. Soz babe. (Maybe you could give it to a friend as an awesome gift?!)
